› we can only accept items during your set appointment time

› there is a MAXIMUM of 3 boxes or bins per appointment - NO plastic bags please

› there is a LIMIT of 1 appointment per customer/per day

› please be on time for your appointment - if for any reason you cannot make it please change or cancel your appointment through your confirmation email, call us if you need assistance

› shop or wait while we sort - we will return your boxes/bins with the items that we are unable to purchase // alternatively you can donate to our community partner, Mamas for Mamas.

› you will receive an offer for cash OR shop credit for the items we were able to purchase within 24 hours - cash offers will be paid via Email Money Transfer within 48 hours.

› you have 48 from the the time of drop off to accept or reject your offer, not responding to your offer within this time period means that your offer will be processed as store credit and items will be processed to be placed on our sales floor

› if you choose to reject your offer your items must be picked up within 48 hours of having your offer presented to you

› after this 48 hour period the items we have offered to purchase from you will be tagged and placed on our sales floor - shop credit will be added to your account


› we will be sanitizing work stations, high touch areas and hands between each appointment as well as several times throughout the day

› we ask that if you have been unwell or have been in contact with someone who is ill that you do not visit us or use our curbside services

› we ask that you please wash, wipe and sanitize your items before bringing them to us which will help eliminate any contamination risks
