› we can only accept items during your set appointment time

› there is a MAXIMUM of 3 boxes or bins per appointment - NO plastic bags please

› there is a LIMIT of 1 appointment per customer/per day

› please be on time for your appointment - if for any reason you cannot make it please change or cancel your appointment through your confirmation email, call us if you need assistance

› shop or wait while we sort - we will return your boxes/bins with the items that we are unable to purchase // alternatively you can donate to our community partner, Mamas for Mamas.

› you will receive an offer for cash (e-cheque) OR store credit for the items we were able to purchase within 48 hours. 

› you have 24 hours from the the time of drop off to accept or reject your offer, not responding to your offer within this time period means that your offer will be processed as store credit and items will be processed to be placed on our sales floor

› if you choose to reject your offer your items must be picked up within 24 hours
