⋒ We do our very best when adding items to our Gender Neutral collection but this is a subjective process - we suggest taking a peek through both the boys + girls collections to cover all your bases.


⋒ We are resale which means there is only ONE of everything - adding it to your cart does not guarantee it's yours. The only way make sure you are getting an item is to complete your purchase.


⋒ We try to capture product colours to the best of our ability. Sometimes garment colours are not exact due to photo lighting.

The Sharing Squirrel carefully sorts and selects all items that end up in our shop. We fully disclose the condition of all merchandise and leave it up to you. Please read through individual descriptions for information about the condition of each piece. 


PLEASE KEEP IN MIND - as we are mostly resale based, there is only 1 of each item. Items that are in your cart aren't yours until your purchase has been completed.

BNWT: Secondhand items that are still new with tags.

EUC: Excellent used condition, showing very little signs of wear - free of stains, rips, fading, or damage.

GUC: Good used condition, showing minor signs of wear - free of stains, rips or damage.

PLAY: Used condition, showing signs of wear - stains, small rips or damaged will be disclosed.

Local Drop Off: Returns/exchanges can be brought back to the return bin next to the pick-up locker within 30 days for online store credit. Please make sure tags are attached to merchandise. Store credit will be applied to your online profile and can be use at your leisure. Store credit does not expire. NEW merchandise must be returned in original packaging (unopened), with tags attached, and must be unused/unworn. All sale and/or clearance items are final sale. Returns with special circumstances will be dealt with on a case by case basis.


Damaged Goods: While every effort is made ensure that our resale merchandise is in excellent condition (OR disclosed to you when it's not), we are all human and can miss minor things when sorting through items. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on items having damage that was not disclosed in the product listing online, excluding shipping fees. Please keep in mind that damage needs to effect the item or article of clothing in a way that prevents wear or effective use to qualify for a money back refund. Damaged items do not need to be returned. Simply email us a photo of the damage, and we will process your refund.


Shipped Back: Items purchased online can be shipped back to us, at the expense of the customer, within 30 days for an online credit refund.  A flat fee return rate of $10 will be retroactively deducted from your refund, to cover our initial shipping costs. Please make sure tags are attached to merchandise. NEW merchandise must be returned in original packaging (unopened), with tags attached, and must be unused/unworn. All sale and/or clearance items are final sale. Returns after 30 days or returns with special circumstances will be dealt with on a case by case basis. 


How To Start A Return Request:


START YOUR RETURN HERE

1. Log in to your account:

    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.


If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
